ABOUT THIS EVENT Join the Pittston Area Patriots Marching Band for a 5k run around the Pittston Area High School! This 1st annual event will support our students in the Pittston Area Patriots Marching Band. Come be part of the fun while the band serenades you through a great 5k run or walk!
REGISTRATION Pre-race registration can be done online through www.runsignup.com or on race day from 7:30am- 8:30am. Kids Kazoo March will begin at 8:40am and 5k will begin at 9:00am
SWAG Participants will receive an event T-shirt (guaranteed through September 8th) and post-race food and water.
AWARDS Trophies will be awarded to the first place male and female overall finishers in the 5k. Medals will be awarded to 1st place male and female finishers in the following age ranges: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 plus
EVENT T-SHIRTS T-Shirts are guaranteed for ALL 5k participants registered by Friday, September 8th.
KIDS KAZOO MARCH!! All children are invited to join our band in a march around the Pittston Area HS track before the race. All children participating in the march will be given a kazoo to play with the band as they march. Kids Kazoo March will begin promptly at 8:40am
FOOD AND DRINKS Food and drinks will be sold Ala carte before, during, and after the race.
