Postal Nationals 3200 Event #1 - Lipscomb Academy

Please join us for the first of a two race series leading up to the cross country post season championship races. Take advantage of your cross country fitness and race a fast post-season 3200M PR! There will be up to nine heats seeded by ability. Pacers will be provided for most heats to help ensure faster times. Heats will start approximately every fifteen minutes.

Please note there will be a $5 entry fee at the gate for all spectators.
