Description
The Groove & Glow 5K, a “Fun-K” night Walk/Run is a one-of-a-kind night run held to promote health and wellness for all ages; allowing all to participate regardless of their level of fitness. Everyone is invited to be a part of the Groove & Glow 5K – the Groove & Glow Run will consist of a Fun-K night neon/glow in the dark Walk/Run that incorporates dancing, running, & walking through Glow in the dark move & groove stations along the route blaring out music from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and current hits. The Fun-K will end with a Groove & Glow Party at the finish line.
