Event: Regions Superhero 5K Race Morning Registration
You will assist our staff with registering participants for the Superhero 5K run on race morning. Participants must fill out their entry forms and pay a registration fee. Race t-shirts and race packets will be given to each 5k registrant.

This volunteer station is located at Railroad Park under the Pavilion, 1600 1st Ave. S. Birmingham.

Your volunteer duties include assisting with setting up the water station, handing out fluids to the participants, maintaining a clean area and breaking down the water station at the end of the race. You will need to be assertive when handing out the fluids, but please remain out of the participant's path. ON RACE MORNING, REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE WATER STATION. THERE IS NO NEED TO CHECK IN ANYWHERE WHEN YOU GET THERE. Just jump in, be ready to assist and have fun!

This volunteer Water Station is located in the area of 1st Ave., S. near corner of Jones Valley Trail, 3100 1st Ave., S. building. Please do not park on the course. The course runs down 1st Ave., S. Thank you! Have fun!

Duties will include monitoring the food areas, assisting food servers, busing tables, keeping area clean and other jobs needed by coordinator. This is a fun place to work as the party will be in full swing with lots of Jim 'n Nick's Bar-B-Q, music and entertainment. The race begins at 7:00 a.m. but all runners should be out of the area by the time you arrive.

Your duties will include assisting the Track Club with set up, distributing fluids to the runners, keeping the street free of debris and cheering on the runners.
