Event: Peninsula Trail Running Festival "Open Course"
"Open Course Trail racing" is a new style of competition. It's not "Virtual" and it's not "live". This is a great option for those that want to run the exact same course as the traditional "live" events on their own time. By signing up for "Open Course", you pick any distance (40M, Marathon, Half) in the Peninsula Trail Running Festival to be completed at your convenience and submit your time to a leaderboard different than the live event. Once you complete the course and submit to the leaderboard, then we will send you your swag. This is also a great option for those that are afraid of being around too many people at once or have a conflict that day. Sign-up and you will get rewarded. Please just don't show up at the race and say I registered for the virtual. You will not get a bib and its bad form to show up and run anyway. However, we will gladly upgrade you with payment on race day.
