Event: Joe Bowen's Nada Tunnel 8k- My Way/ VIRTUAL Foot Race
Due to COVID-19, the Red River Gorge is currently closed, so for your Virtual run, you need to make your own Nada 8K tunnel. Pick your location and run through an arbor, under a grapevine, trellis, a bridge, do the 8K and take a picture of you under the kitchen table, running through a tent, anywhere you want. Be creative and HAVE FUN! Do it with your kids, your dog. Just tell us you did it and share a picture with everyone on our Face book page.
