Event: CrossFlint 5K Challenge
Event: CrossFlint 5K Challenge - Bodyweight
Looking to add a challenge to the Crim 5K? Sign up for the CrossFlint Challenge!
Participants will start their 5K at the Crim start line and continue on the traditional 5K route to Sal's Gym.
At Sal's Gym, participants will have 2 minutes to accumulate as many reps as possible at 4 different movement stations. The movements for the Bodyweight division are:
Push ups
Squats
Down ups
Sit ups

After completing the workout, participants will head back on the Crim 5K course and proceed to the finish line.
In addition to receiving the Crim race shirt and 5K race bib and medal, CrossFlint 5K Challenge participants will also receive a commemorative bucket hat.
