You can participate from ANYWHERE! You'll get our annual 5K shirt for registering. IF you upload your route showing you completed a 5K (3.1 miles) during the specified dates, and before noon on the 30th you will receive a Virtual 5K dog tag.
Reminder, you can run, walk, skip, jog, roll, we don't care how you do the 5K just do it.
