Please note that the Expo Floor Plan on the Official Website is 'Preliminary' as we are still working through a few details on the final configuration of the Alamodome arena floor for the whole event. Once it is finalized, it will be updated, but keep in mind that it always remains 'subject to change'. We give priority selection of booth space based on the order of the 'date/time stamp' on the paid registration confirmations we receive from our online registration platform. Should there be a change to the floor and booth configuration of the Floor Plan, we will rely on the date/time stamp on the paid registration confirmations to provide a priority listing for the order in which we contact booth vendors to discuss any changes of a previously selected booth location that may be affected.

This combination includes one corner and one two standard 10' x 10' booths side-by-side for a 10' x 20' space with a cornrr. Event: Virtual Goodie Bag ADD-ON for Booth Vendors w/reserved Expo booth space

This Booth Add-On option provides a reduced rate pricing for the Virtual Goodie Bag and is ONLY to be used IF you have also registered for a Booth (above). If you have NOT reserved an Expo booth, you may/order/reserve a standard Virtual Goodie Bag insert below. The Virtual Goodie Bag is a digital race bag that is sent to all event participants the week prior to the event and then again the week after. Vendors choosing this option will receive an 'Invite' (sent to the email provided in this registration) to set up their Virtual Bag approximately one month prior to the event. Event management reserves the right to accept or reject content for insert, based on acceptability guidelines and potential conflicts with category exclusive sponsors, in which case the insert fee will be refunded if rejected.

IF you've reserved an Expo booth, choose the Virtual Bag Add-on selection in the section above for the booth vendor discounted rate. Event management reserves the right to accept or reject content for insert, based on acceptability guidelines and potential conflicts with category exclusive sponsors, in which case the insert fee will be refunded if rejected.

Please note that these are for marketing pieces only unless you are also an event sponsor and/or have registered for a booth and have made arrangements for including product samples in the bags.

Event: City of San Antonio Temporary Food Permit

If you are providing/giving away food and/or beverage samples that are prepared or from opened packaging and/or containers, you are required to have a Temporary Food Permit from the City of San Antonio. You can find a link on the Expo Info page information to additional information from the City in case you have questions as to whether you will be required to have a Temporary Food Permit. Please read the Section on our Expo Info regarding Temporary Food permits. These permits are $30.90 per booth per day. As a two day Expo, the cost of this permit, per booth, is $61.80.
