Love Serving Autism Family 5K

Love Serving Autism has made all the necessary arrangements to host the 2nd Annual Love Serving Autism 5K as a live event on August 1, 2020 at Tradewinds Park.  Unfortunately COVID-19 has forced our hand yet again to make a decision, which was determined the 2nd Annual Love Serving Autism 5K will be held as a virtual 5K on August 1, 2020.  We have also added a new event for the students of Love Serving Autism, the 100 yard dash!  This is sure to be a quick yet fun event for all to participate.  As a virtual 5K you will choose a time on August 1, 2020 and location that you feel comfortable and safe to run the event.  You will track your results with an app on your phone and submit the results on August 1st via www.victorysportsmgt.com.  The decision was made for the best safety practices in mind and ensure the safety of all our staff, volunteers and participants.  We are excited to have the virtual platform as an opportunity to showcase the wonder work associated with Love Serving Autism.  

Love Serving Autism is for the 2nd Annual Love Serving Autism Family 5K.  Whether you can run the entire 5K or want to walk, this event and cause is for you. Help those affected by Autism by showing your support on August 1, 2020.  Proceeds from the event will help grow the program and help "serve" more and more children and adults with autism.  Simply click the blue "Click To Register" button at the top of the page and follow the easy steps.

Love Serving Autism is a foundation tailored to assist those with Autism through tennis.  Parents understand how difficult it is to find community-based sports and activities for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Let's look at tennis.  Tennis is an individual sport that can provide youth with physical and cognitive developmental tools.  It also builds self-esteem through peer interaction and socialization as well as develops language skills. Figuring things out on his/her own helps to improve cognitive skills and each student can fine-tune motors skills and hand eye coordination.Each student has his/her own set of needs and lessons can be tailored to fit all children with special needs.
