Krispy Kreme Doughnut Dash 5K

The Krispy Kreme Doughnut Dash 5K is a chip timed event where participants run 1 1/2 miles and then stop an munch on a whole lot of doughnuts. You can eat a dozen on your own or form a two person team. There is also a casual runner category. Successfully complete the race and get a custom finisher medal. 

FINISHER MEDALS FOR FIRST 300 REGISTERED.

FINISHER MEDALS TO TEAMS & INDIVIDUALS WHO COMPLETE THE RACE!

Thru August 26th- $30.00 - Shirt included
August 27th -Thru Race Day $35

5K TEAM ENTRY
Thru August 26th - $25.00 - Shirt not included 
August 27th-Thru Race Day $30

8:00 a.m – 5K Race Starts

PARTICIPATION LEVELS
INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGER
• Receives Die Cast Individual Doughnut Dash
Medal, T-Shirt and a dozen Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
• Eats all 12 Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
• Runs the complete race course in under 1 hour
• Keeps the doughnuts down (no release!)

2 - PERSON TEAM CHALLENGER
• Receives 2 Die Cast Team Challenger Doughnut Dash
Medals, 
• Eats all 12 Krispy Kreme Doughnuts between
the two team members
• Team stays together and runs the complete
race course in under 1 hour
• Keeps the doughnuts down (no release!)

CASUAL RUNNER
• Receives a T-Shirt and a dozen Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
• Not required to eat a dozen, but must attempt to eat 3-6 
• Runs or Walks or Rolls (Wheelchairs)
• Finisher Medal

SUPPORTER
• Receives a T-Shirt and a dozen Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
• Does not Run or Walk
• Hopefully Comes to Watch and Cheer

PROCEEDS
A portion of Proceeds support Run 4 a Cause Foundation

TIMING & SCORING
Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided, which will be attached to the back of the bib
