Description

Join us October 25th at the Jax Beach for Seagate Shuffle 5K & Youth 1 Mile. Event starts and finishes at the beach next to the Lifeguard Station.

Start Format: 8:00 a.m. 5K runners will be self seeded and begin time trail starts at the START/FINISH ARCH. Runners will start with 50 yard intervals across the timing mat, seeded fastest to slowest. If you are not comfortable with this start format, late starts will be allowed until 8:30 a.m. The same process will repeat for the Youth 1Mile race at 8:45.

Age Groups and Awards:

5K awards will go to the 1st place Male and Female runners. Age groups award certificates will be emailed to all finishers in the following categories:11 & UNDER, 12-13, 14-15, 16-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+,

1 Mile awards will go to the 1st place Male and Female runners 12 & Younger. Age groups award certificates will be emailed to all finishers in the following categories; 6& UNDER, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12

Packet Pickup

DAY OF RACE EVENT SCHEDULE

60 minutes to 15 minutes prior to the start of the race - Packet Pickup

60 minutes to 30 minutes prior to the start of the race - Day of Race Registration (Cash or Check Only)

TIMELINE:

7:30 Packet Pickup / Race Day Registration

8:00am - 5K Run

8:45am - 1M Run

9:05am - Over All Awards for 5K & 1M presented.

Support Your School

Signup and support your School or youth running program! The more that represent your group, the larger your donation! The Seagate Shuffle will donate back per person; $1 for groups 10-20 runners, $2 for groups 20-30 runners, $3 for groups 30-40 runners, and $5 for groups 50 or over!

Race Course

5K Course

Runners will travel south 1.55 miles to a turn around point and return. All races will start and finish under the Second Wind Timing arch. Water stations will be provided at 3 points on the course.

1Mile Course

Runners will travel south .5 Miles and return.
