Surfer {the bar- the 5k race}

Surfer (the Bar) and Run4beer.com are excited about our first Jacksonville Beach 5k Race and 1 mile fun/run. Proceeds benefit  The HEAL Foundation - Helping Enrich Autistic Lives
Serving the Northeast Florida autism community.

This is more then a race this will be an event. 

With entry participants receive: 

• Professionally Chip Timed beach 5k race or un-timed 1 mile fun run or walk
• Free first beer and after party at Surfer {the bar} - to those aged 21 and up
• Florida Race Day Run-Race-Repeat 5k pint glass or sports bottle 
• Finisher medal 
• Chance for awards based on time, age and gender
• Door Prizes
• After Race party 
• Free Downloadable Finisher Photos

This Race will take place on Jacksonville Beach leaving from beach at 1st Avenue near the Seawalk Pavilion heading north to Bowles Avenue and returning back.  After the race the awards and after-party and your beer will be waiting for you at Surfer {the bar}.

The race starts at 9 am sharp. Packet pick up is Friday at Surfer {the bar} Friday 11/9 5:00 - 7:00 pm.  Results will be live. 

5k Awards are based on fastest time. Overall, and age groups - 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and older.
