Description
Join us for a 45 minute walk or run on the beach followed by a 45 minute yoga session on the beach. We will conclude the evening with a glass of wine at sunset.
Bring your own mat, if you don't own a mat we will bring one for you for an additional $15. You can then take it home!
Bring a water bottle, we'll have a refilling cooler.
Every level of walker/runner/yogi/etc is welcome. It will be very beginner friendly. You set your level of workout and enjoyment.
If you are under 21 or don't want wine we will have a special refreshing beverage for you instead.
Be prepared to make new friends and leave feeling relaxed and invigorated. If you're feeling extra adventurous you can take a dip in the ocean!
