Welcome to Krewe De Bear, a Milton Mardi Gras 5k Run/ Walk, presented by Blackwater Multisport Festival. Krewe De Bear is held in Downtown Milton, Florida at the Jernigan Landing event space and the South Riverwalk Pavilion. This fun run is hosted by the City of Milton, Main Street Milton and sponsored by Santa Rosa County Federal Credit Union.  

We all know it's hard to keep up with your New Year's resolutions, especially when King Cake comes around right after you start them. So, with that we have decided to begin ours after Mardi Gras and what better way to do so then to have a Fun Run. Grab your beads and join us in the City where good living flows!

Run will begin at the event area on Willing Street and begin sharply at 10am. Krewe De Bear run shirts will be provided for the first 150 participants and are provided by Blackwater Multisport Festival. This is not a timed event and awards will not be given out, however prizes will be awarded to the best dressed (please keep costumes tasteful as this is a family event). Costume contest categories will be set by age groups and families. Also make sure to stick around after the event. Post-race beverages and pizza will be provided to all paid participants from local businesses and Live Music Productions will be on site providing music. 

Run Route - Jernigan’s Landing and Event area will be the start and stopping point - A to A. Run will head on the Riverwalk and up to the bridge. We will head east bound crossing the bridge and will enter Russel Harbor. Here we will take you all the way up Russel Harbor and onto the dirt walking trail over to Whiting Park. The gate at Whiting Park will be your turn around point. Water and First Aid Station to be on site. From the gate you will turn around following the markers provided and head back to Jernigan’s Landing. 

Packet pickup to be held at the Main Street Event Center in Magnolia Hall on March 8th from 5pm to 8pm. Main Street Event Center (formerly the Milton Garden Club) is located at 5256 Alabama St, Milton, Florida 32570.

Donations are being accepted for this event. All donated funds will go directly to the Santa Rosa Kids House.
