YMCA Veterans March

The Frank DeLuca YMCA would like to invite the community out for the 4th annual Veterans Day March on Friday, November 8. We will march from the YMCA to the Veteran's Memorial, about 1.4 miles. Participants may run if they wish as long as they know where they are going. The lead will stay at a steady walking pace to act as a guide for participants who don't know where they are walking to.

Who: The entire Community (Members, Non-Members, Staff, Retired Military, Current Military, Military Recruiters, etc.)

What: Registrants will March from the Frank DeLuca YMCA to the Veterans Memorial on 25th Avenue. Once at the Memorial, all will get water and explore the Memorials activities. The participants may leave at any time, the lead will leave the Memorial no later than 7PM to head back to the Y.

When: Friday, November 8, 2019 starting at 5PM and ending whenever the last person is done. You can pick up your materials from the front desk starting at 4PM on the day of the race.

Where: We will meet at the YMCA flag pole at 4:45PM

Registration Cost: $15 (100% of proceeds go to the Ocala Veterans Memorial), $20 on day of event
