The Florida Association of Nigerian Physicians in the Americas (ANPA) is hosting their Annual 5K CPR/Cardiac Awareness run/walk VIRTUALLY. CPR saves lives!

This year’s 5K run/walk will be VIRTUAL and you can run/walk anywhere you like. Lets get MOVING!

How long is the course?
A 5K is 3.1 miles.
How will I be timed?
You will time yourself.
When and where do I pick up my registration materials?
Registration and packet pickup will be mailed to you.
How will I receive my results?
You can manually uploaded your results here.
Can I participate in the event with my dog?
Sure, this is a virtual race, so you can run anywhere
Can I participate with a stroller or Bike?
As long as you feel safe doing so.
I am not able to participate. Can I get my money returned?
