Ruck Sack Race 5K - SeaWorld Orlando

The Ruck Sack Race is a family friendly 5K walk, run, or ruck through SeaWorld Orlando. This event hosts walkers,runners, and joggers of all fitness levels. Strollers welcome too!

Individual and Kids participants in the Ruck Sack Race will receive the following benefits:

Looking for an extra challenge? Walk, run, or ruck a mile in their boots by registering for the Ruck Sack Warrior Challenge! Ruck Sack Warriors complete the 5K wearing a 35 lb rucksack as is done by military service members during their rucks. Ruck Sack Warrior Challenge participants will be rewarded for taking on the challenge with a Ruck Sack Warrior Challenge patch, a unique Ruck Sack Warrior Challenge shirt, a Ruck Sack Race medal, discounted tickets to SeaWorld Orlando, and access to a VIP area at the event. **Please note: participants are to bring their own rucksacks, weights, or weighted vests. Participants must check-in at weigh-in on event day for their time to be considered in the Ruck Sack Warrior Challenge.**

All proceeds will go to the Camaraderie Foundation. We provide healing for the "invisible wounds of war" through counseling, emotional, and spiritual support for veterans, service members and their families.

**This race will be chip timed.**
