Description

Let's come together to have a great time, be fit, and support the citizens of Plant City! This is the second FRANkenstein 5K and WOD-O-WEEN event and it's sure to be the best yet!

Pick out that Halloween costume and slip on those running shoes for these super fun activities. Choose an on and off road 5K or an on and off road 1 Mile Monster Dash. The race this year will be chipped! But, no worries, you don't have to run. Walking is perfectly fine! The goal is just to have fun together for a great cause!

And don't forget the CrossFit! Please stay to watch or participate in the workout/s!

Please consider bringing at least one canned food item to the park with you! With the holiday approaching, the needy families of Plant City will thank you!
