All proceeds from the 4th Annual Superhero 5k & Mile Fun Run will directly benefit students at Mainspring Academy by raising funds for student hardship scholarships, teacher advancement and education, and capital improvements. Mainspring serves students ages 5-22 with a variety of challenges including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, Speech/Language Disorders, ADHD, and Anxiety Disorders, to name a few. Mainspring is proud to sponsor this special event on behalf of our amazing students. They truly are superheroes!

All online registration fees are included in the amounts below

$23.00 5km / $12.50 Fun Run - through 8/27/2017

$28.00 5km / $12.50 Fun Run - 8/28/2017 through 9/10/2017

$33.00 5km / $15.00 Fun Run - 9/11/2017 through 10/20/2017 at 3:00pm

Registration will close at 3:00pm on 10/20/2016 and then re-open at the race on 10/21/2017

$40.00 5km / $18.00 Fun Run - Day of Race - Cash or Check preferred

Awards will be given to the top three males and females in the following categories, 

Top 3 Male & Female Overall Finishers 
Top Male & Female Masters (Over 40) Finisher
Top Three finishers in each of the following age groups:  10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over.  

Best Superhero Costume – Adult, Child, and Team Costume.

All runners will receive a custom shirt.   All kids will receive a medal at the finish line.  

Everyone is encouraged to stay after the race, as there will be an award ceremony and fun activities for the whole family.

The race is run entirely on the streets and paved trails of Nocatee.

Fun Run Course - The run run will follow the same route as the 5k, for the first 1/2 mile then will turn around and return to the finish line.

7:00am to 8:45am - 1 Mile Bib Pickup & Day Of Race Registration/5km Race Bib, Chip, and Packet Pickup & Day Of Race Registration

9:00am - 5km/1 Mile Fun Run Start

9:00am - 5km Race Start

9:30am +/- Awards Ceremony

Runners will pick up their bib and timing chip prior to their race at the race check in area.   PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED RACE START TIME.

The 5km race will be chip timed using a race bib chip system.   Chips will be distributed at the packet pickup.   All runners must cross the mat at the finish line with their chip properly attached to their clothing to score in the race.  Chips will NOT have to be returned at the conclusion of the race at the finish line.

Race times and dates are subject to change without notice at any time for any reason. In the event the race time or date is changed or if the race is cancelled, for any reason, there will not be any refunds under any circumstances. In the event of bad weather every effort will be made to conduct the race, however it may be moved to an alernate date, time, or cancelled within hours of the starting time. Please be sure to check the PRS Race Timing website and Facebook page for updates prior to departing to the race for any last minute changes or instructions.
