RACE DESCRIPTION
There are numerous 5k road races in Sanford, but only 1 that includes nearly 2 miles along the gorgeous Sanford Waterfront!  We received rave reviews on our race route the last few years by runners that enjoyed the different route and the scenery afforded to them during this 3.10 mile run.

RACE SCHEDULER
5:30am – 6:45am: Race Day Registration
7:00am: Run/Walk Start
8:00am: Free Kids Dash - all kids earn a winning ribbon!
8:05am: Awards Ceremony

FINISHER MEDALS
All participants receive a finisher medal upon completion of the event

BENEFICIARY
 100% of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the American Diabetes Association to support their research to find a cure for diabetes.

LONG SLEEVE TECH SHIRTS – Each Registered Runner will receive an Event Logo Shirt.  Sizes are not guaranteed for registrations received after October 28, 2017.

Down-n-Back route includes almost 2 miles of beautiful waterfront running! Starts and Finishes at Tru-Valu Drugs, Inc. located at
503 East First Street

TEE SHIRTS
Shirts are guaranteed for all pre-registered participants. Shirts not guaranteed on race day.

TIMING & SCORING
Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided, which will be attached to the back of the bib
