Run/Walk With The Mayor 5K

The third annual "Run/Walk With The Mayor 5K" will be held in the historic City of Austell on Saturday, May 20, 2017 beginning at 8:00 AM.  This fast and scenic, mostly flat route, takes runners by some of Austell's iconic landmarks which begins and ends at Collar Park.

This course will be a USTAF certified course and Peachtree Qualifier and chip timing will be available for this event.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall male and female winners will receive a cash prizes:  1st place winner - $100.00, 2nd place winner - $50.00, and 3rd place winner - $25.00 along with a free entry into next year's event.

Race registration is $25.00 and will end on May 17, 2017.

There is ample free parking at the start/finish area.

Bring three canned food items for Sweetwater Mission Food Bank at packet pick up or the day of the race and receive a raffle ticket to win great prizes to be given away after the event.

Early packet pick up will be May 18, 2017 and May 19, 2017 from 12:00 PM until 7:00 PM.  Packets will be available for pick up at the City of Austell Gym located at 5000 Austell-Powder Springs Road in the rear building behind the Threadmill Complex .
