WomenHeart Hinesville Every Heart Matters 5k

WomenHeart Hinesville, the Liberty County School System, Liberty Regional Medical Center and the City of Hinesville are teaming up for the inaugural Every Heart Matters 5k on Saturday, May 11 at Bryant Commons in Hinesville, GA!

Join us for a run through the park and then stick around for a health fair of local vendors - from medical offices to gyms to nutrition experts - it's the perfect way to kick off your summer exercise regimen! Online registration is now open! Check out our fee schedule, dates and deadlines:

Online Registration (2/11/19 - 4/19/19)
Registration Only (no t-shirt): $5.00/runner
Registration Fee and T-shirt: $15.00/runner

T-shirt deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2019!

Online Registration (4/20/19 – 5/3/19)
Registration Only (no t-shirt): $15.00

Late Online Registration (5/4/19 – 5/8/19)
Registration Only (no t-shirt guaranteed): $20

Day-Of Registration (5/11/19) - will be CASH only and take place in front of the horse barn
Registration Fee: $25.00/runner

After the t-shirt deadline has passed, participants who register will not be guaranteed a t-shirt. Extra shirts will be available on a “first come, first served” basis for participants who registered outside of the deadline during early and day-of packet pickup.

Early Packet Pickup
Early packet pickup will be in the lobby at the Liberty County Board of Education from 5 - 7 p.m. on Friday, May 10. The LCBOE is located at 200 Bradwell Street in Hinesville. 

Race Day Schedule:
6:45 a.m.: day-of packet pickup and race day registration begin in front of the Stables (CASH ONLY)
7:40 a.m.: day-of packet pickup and race day registration ends
7:50 a.m.: lining up at START line next to the Amphitheater
8 a.m.: race begins
9 a.m.: health fair begins on the Lawn
9:30 a.m.: awards at the Amphitheater
11 a.m.: health fair ends
