Georgia Race for Autism 5K/10K - The VIRTUAL Edition

Race: Georgia Race for Autism 5K/10K - The VIRTUAL Edition
Thu October 1 - Tue October 6
RaceJoy Ready

Georgia Race for Autism presents to you our annual race with a twist this year - The Virtual Edition!  Not knowing how the status of COVID-19 will be come our usual race weekend in October, we feel it best to do the ultimate social distance race by encouraging you to run with us wherever you are - on your time, on a course you choose. We want to bring the running community back together, virtually for now. We miss seeing all of your smiling faces in real life and until that can safely happen again, we want to see your photos and watch your miles accumulate. We are bringing to you a virtual 5K, 10K, and 1 Mile to get out and stay fit while social distancing.  Our event supports Autism Support Group in providing camps and clubs for those impacted by autism in our community. This year's Georgia Race for Autism is going virtual. Let's come together as a community while staying apart!

Here is how it works...

Step 1. Register to run/walk the virtual 5K or 10K and invite your friends to join!

Step 2. Your race swag will be delivered to your door via USPS starting at the end of September! Shipping is included and you will receive email with tracking # as soon as your items are shipped!

Step 3. Run/walk the distance on your own, using our RaceJoy app or one of your other favorites to track your time and distance! Then, submit your time to be added to the Georgia Race for Autism results leader board. Post a picture of your run to Facebook or Instagram using #GARaceforAutism.

Step 4: You did it! Enjoy a cup of coffee or ice cream and treat yourself!
