Houston Humane Society 42nd Annual K-9 Fun Run + Walk

Join us for the best walk you will take all year at the K9 Fun Run + Walk on Saturday, May 18th, at Mason Park! Together, we can create a more humane Houston.

Your participation will make a lifesaving difference for pets and wildlife in need. The funds raised for the K9 Fun Run + Walk will provide animals with shelter and lifesaving medical care, adopt pets into loving homes, rescue animals from cruelty and neglect, and so much more. In the coming year, more than 50,000 animals will rely on us for care. By joining the K9 Fun Run + Walk, you'll help give each one the second chance they deserve!

Attendees may enjoy entertainment, mobile adoptions, carnival games, a variety of vendors, and food trucks throughout the event!

 

Fees 

Early bird pricing is in effect until Sunday, April 21st. Register early to save!

Race Participant (all ages)

• Early Bird: $30 
• April 22nd - May 16: $40 
• Event Day: $60 

Virtual Walk Participants (Participants who are not attending the Fun Run + Walk in person but are fundraising and walking their own way): $30

Extra Shirt: $20

Extra Bandana: $10

Runner Packet & Info

All registered participants will receive a K9 Fun Run + Walk T-shirt and Doggy Bandana! Our virtual walkers will be mailed a T-shirt after the event.

We will mail a K9 Fun Run + Walk Packet to each participant who registers before Friday, May 3rd, 2024. 

K9 Fun Run + Walk Packet Includes:

• Information for day of K9 Fun Run + Walk (map, order of events)
• Fun Run + Walk Shirt & Doggy Bandana
• 1 Ticket for 1 Snack & 1 Bottled Water
• Donation envelope

(Please bring the donation envelope with all cash and checks you've collected to the K9 Fun Run + Walk on Saturday, May 18th).

If you registered before May 5th, you can pick up your packet at the location shown below May 11th 2024.
