Description
We are BACK! Come join the Boise Area Runners (BAR) this October for a weekend of running, learning, and fun in a beautiful setting! Geared for beginners, casual, road, trail, and ultra runners alike. Our goal is to help you improve all aspects of your running. Camp will feature dynamic presentations and interactive sessions including:
- Race Planning
- Yoga
- Injury Prevention and Treatment
- Training
- Backcountry safety and first aid
- Running with your pup
- And much more!

This will be a true camp experience. Attendees will be treated to cabin accommodations at the beautiful YWAM Idaho Camp near Warm Lake and share all included meals Saturday and Sunday with their fellow campers. All registered participants will receive a BAR buff and for those who want to remember their camp experience even more, T-shirts are available for purchase with registration.
Come have fun, learn tips to enhance your running at any level, and meet up with a great group of runners!
