Please join us for Jassac Charitable Foundation, Inc. 3rd Annual 5K Run/Walk to promote health and wellness in Chicago's South Suburbs. Part of JCFI's mission is to promote community awareness of health concerns to individuals and families. Your support will help JCFI's ongoing community youth programming.
