RACE BEGINS AT 8 am
We ask that all participants arrive one hour early at 7 am
Alissa J Davis was born June 20, 2006 and passed away August 3, 2016 at just 10 years old. She was born with special needs and spent the first 7 months of her life at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, In. She underwent 20 surgeries. She was a lover of life and brought joy to all those she encountered! The Alissa J Davis Memorial Scholarship has been created in her honor. Each year a qualifying Gibson Southern High School Grad who meets criteria and majors in special education or is a special education student will receive $500. Our mission is to continue Alissa's legacy of love, joy and acceptance, while raising awareness to special needs.
Water/snacks and awards will be provided.
We will be offering a Virtual 5K option again as well for those who are unable to attend the actual event!
Memorial t-shirts included. If you prefer not to have a shirt just let us know! Thank you so much for your continued support!
