Description
Please join the staff of the Extra Mile and Dr. Steven Kalisch from Lakeshore Bone & Joint as he shares an insight on Mindful Running Techniques. The presentation will be about 20 minutes followed by a FREE 3 MILE fun/walk. Be sure to register online to be eligible for door prizes. All paces and abilities are welcome.
· ALL FREE RUN/WALKS WILL BE 3 MILES STARTING FROM THE EXTRA MILE AT 6:00 P.M.
· ALL PACES ARE WELCOME.
· PLEASE WEAR REFLECTIVE OR LIGHTS SINCE THE ROUTE WILL BE ON THE CITY STREETS.
