Description

COVID19 cannot stop our LOVE for Woodside Ice Cream.

Run/Walk this 5K virtually and we will STILL GIVE YOU ICE CREAM!

 

I mean let's face it, who doesn't love Ice Cream.

So tell all your friends....better yet...SCREAM it to all your friends.  ICE CREAMMMMMMMMMMM!

Just virtually this year.

What is a virtual race?

A virtual race is an race you do on your own.

You pick the location.

You pick the time.

We pick the distance.

It is that simple.

Participants SWAG

Complete and submit your 5K and you will EARN:
Custom IWe ALL Scream for Ice Cream 5K race bib
We ALL Scream for Ice Cream 5K Water Bottle

Ice Cream Coupon to redeem your EARNED Woodside

When you redeem this coupon at Woodside Creamery you will get to pick any flavor of your choice.  Just hand your coupon to the employee. 
*Must be redeemed by 8-1-20 at Woodside Creamery.  Has no cash value.  
*All shipped to your door within one week after the completion of the event on June 21st.

How do I submit my official time?

Once you complete your 5K.
Send an email to nic@fusionracetiming.com with a picture of your GPS.
It should include:
The Distance
The Official Time
*5K has to be completed outside to count towards the awards.  If you choose to run/walk your 5K on the treadmill, we will still mail you the SWAG.  Your time will just not be entered into the official times.

*All submissions must be received before June 21st at midnight in order to EARN your SWAG.

When do I receive my SWAG?

All participants who complete the 5K and submit their time will receive their SWAG within one week of the completion of the event on June 21st.

Awards and Age Groups

We will still be having a virtual award ceremony and mailing out the age group medals after the completion of the event.

 

Overall Male/Female 

Overall Male/Female - Masters 

Top 3 in each age group Male/Female

9 and under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

 

*Remember that this is on the honor system.

13 and younger are only $15 registration fee!!!
Woodside Creamery

After the completion of the event.  Participants who complete the 5K and submit their time to nic@fusionracetiming.com will be mailed a coupon to redeem their ICE CREAM at Woodside!
