Description
The Heroes Self Defense Foundation (HSDF) is a voluntarily staffed nonprofit that was founded in 2018 supporting first responders, military police, and police canines.
The goal of the HSDF is to introduce jiu jitsu in a welcoming controlled environment for civilian and military law enforcement officers through two annual free seminars. Interested Officers are referred to local training centers and sponsored for a one-week Gracie Survival Tactics Course. The HSDF also provides ballistic vests f0r police canines in need and sends care packages to police canines injured in the line of duty, across the country.
The main goal of the Heroes Hustle 5K is to raise awareness and support of the HSDF missions. 100% of money raised from this race will be used to purchase ballistic vests for canines in need, send care packages to injured canines, and sponsor jiu jitsu training for Officers.
Please join us for the first ever Heroes Hustle 5K at Mike Castle Trail near the Grain H20 in Bear. We welcome your support runner/walker or as a sponsor and cannot do this without you. Your support is greatly appreciated.

What is a virtual 5K?
A virtual 5K is a race you can run or walk anytime and anywhere you like.
How do I post my results for the 5K?
From now until Sunday April 10th you can submit your official time.
Click the results page HERE.
Click the Submit Virtual Results button on the right side.
Provide your information.
Submit your time.
*Remember this is on the honor system.
Will my results count for age group awards?
Your virtual results do not count towards age group awards. However you can print off a finishers certificate online.
How will I get my shirt?
Your shirt will be mailed to you after April 10th :)
