7th Annual Tony's Turkey Trot for Brain Injury Awareness 5K

Race Packet Pick-Up will be available on the following days/locations:

There are three race packet pick-up locations:

• Tuesday, Nov. 23 - UF Health Jacksonville, 555 W. 8th Street, Jacksonville, FL, 32206. 3:00 to 6:00p.m.
  • Packet pick-up will be located in the drive through in front of the Pavilion building on the UF Health Campus. Entrance off N. Jefferson St., look for signs upon arrival.
• Wednesday, Nov. 24 - One Ocean Resort & Spa, 1 Ocean Blvd., Atlantic Beach, FL, 10:00a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Face covering required indoors)
  • Race packet pick-up will be located in the Solaria Room.
  • Face coverings are required indoors.
  • One Ocean parking is for overnight guests only. Reserved parking will be in the Seahorse Oceanfront Inn lot (up to 30 min) for you complete your race packet pickup, look for signs & volunteers. OR metered parking is free for the first 30 minutes.
• Thursday, Nov. 25 - Day of Race Packet Pick-up, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00a.m. on-site.

At this time we will not be changing your pick-up location. If you are unable to pick-up either Tuesday or Wednesday you can pick-up at the event on Thursday between 6am-8am.

Virtual Packet Pick-Up: For 5K out of town participants packets with shirts and medals will mailed immediately following the event.

Thank you for participating in the 7th Annual Tony's Turkey Trot 5K for Brain Injury Awareness. Please remember, this event is for charity and we do our best to make it a positive experience for all.

Safety Modifications: The event will feature a staggered start again this year. Waves will be every 10 minutes beginning at 7 a.m.  We will follow CDC guidelines that are in place at the time of the event. Face coverings and social distancing are strongly encouraged.

• Participants will choose their wave time at registration. Waves will close as they fill up. We will send a reminder email one week before with your selected wave time. 
• All participants will receive custom finisher medals.
• Shirt sizes will be guaranteed for participants who who register before 11/21.
• If shirt sizes need to be exchanged, you can check back at the registration tent following the race. 
  
• A friend or family member may pick-up your registration, however we are not responsible if it gets misplaced or lost.
• TEAMS: Any team with 5 or more participants must assign one person to pick-up for the team.
• Event is rain or shine, in the event of bad weather we will begin the 5k an hour later than the original start time.
• No refunds will be issued.
• Strollers are allowed. We just ask you to consider signing-up for one of the later waves (8:30 or after) and please be courteous and stay towards the back of the wave at the start line.
• Please no bikes or golf carts on the course unless in an official capacity.
• Proceeds from the 7th Annual Tony's Turkey Trot 5K will support brain injury care at UF Health Jacksonville.
