Description
Each team will complete "Bradley" Hero Crossfit WOD, 10 rounds of the following for time:
- Sprint 100 meters
- 10 Pull-ups
- Sprint 100 meters
- 10 Burpees
Registration for "Bradley" is free. T-Shirts can be purchased for $25. Shirt sizes guaranteed until 10/24. Shirts based on availablity after 10/24. All that we ask is that you make a donation to the Bradley R. Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund. All donations are greatly appreciated!
