4th Annual Harlem Huskie Hustle 5K Run, 1 Mile Walk & Kids Fun Run (Draft)

The Harlem Wellness Program is hosting its 4th Annual Harlem Huskie Hustle 5K, 1 mile Walk/Run, & Kids Fun Run on Saturday, May 11, 2019 for Harlem's Staff, Students & their Families.

We'll kick off our with the Kids Fun Run at 8:30 a.m. & the 5K and 1 Mile walk/run will follow at 9:00 a.m.

4 and under

5-6

7-8

9-10

11-12

*5K & 1 Mile Walk/Run participants will receive race shirts.
*Medals will be awarded in the Huskie Hustle 5K to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd overall Male & Female as well as top 3 in each age/gender divisions:

*Race Shirts for 5K and 1 Mile are guaranteed only through April 29, 2019 at 12pm.

COURSE INFORMATION

The Kids Fun Run will start at 8:30 a.m. with 1 lap around the track in the age groups 5-6; 7-8; 9-10; 11-12.

The 5K runners will begin at 9:00 a.m. on the far side of the track at the 50 yard line of the football field and follow the path in front of the high school to the scenic Willow Creek path, which runs south of the school, crossing only Minns Drive and turn around near the park located on the path.

1 Mile participants will also begin at 9:00 a.m. on the track of the 50 yard line and complete 4 laps around the track. Please feel free to complete more laps if desired and/or stay at the finish line to cheer on the 5K runners coming in to finish.  Please line up behind the 5K runners.  Please watch for the 5K runners as they are coming back into the track area for the finish line and move to the inside lanes to finish your walk.

***  Please note: Willow Creek Path is narrow.  For runner safety, we cannot allow strollers or pets.
