Description
The Frosty Half Marathon is back! Now in our 12th year we are pleased to welcome runners back to beautiful Raynham . Same great course, a little something for everyone. And of course our age-group awards will be back! Best news is that we will be all gathering post-race for our hot breakfast!
Amenities
Plenty of free parking close to start/finish.
Runners must maintain a 14 minute mile pace for the entire race. Raynham public safety is requiring that all runners be off the course in 3 hours. Early start available for runners that cannot finish race in under 3 hours.

Runners must maintain a 14 minute mile pace for the entire race. Raynham public safety is requiring that all runners be off the course in 3 hours.

Course Information
There is a little something for everyone at the Frosty Half Marathon. The course is run on country roads on mostly quiet, residential streets. The Colonial Road Runners takes great care to protect our runners with volunteers at all intersections and police details to assist with runner safety.
5 water stops on course - Gatorade at mile 8
Elevation change over the 13.1 ranges from minimal to moderate. There is one challenging hill at mile 10 that is sure to set you up for a fast finish.
