RunStock will be a full runners' weekend at Missouri's Lake of the Ozarks. Choose from a 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon, or 48 hour ultramarathon.
All races will start and end at Camp Red Bud in Lake of the Ozarks State Park. Cabins are available at no charge on a first come, first serve basis. When we aren't running, we will be having fun with music, games, food, and jokes!
Course maps:
Due to the location of the camp and the trail layout at the park, all courses are on paved roads. This is not a trail race.
Tentative schedule of events:
*Note: Because the ultra is going on throughout the weekend, there is no time limit on any races, other than you must be done by 5:00pm Sunday. Take 46 hours to finish the 5k if you want, we don't mind! Maybe you can find a creative way to complete it in that time frame.

Saturday, May 20
7:00-9:00am – Breakfast (donuts/muffins/bagels)
8:00-10:00am – 10k
10:00am - Yoga class
11:00am-9:00pm – Lunch / Dinner (burgers/brats/hot dogs/sides)
2:00-4:00 – Musical entertainment
5:00-8:00pm – Half marathon
8:00-10:00pm – Musical entertainment and/or outdoor activity
Sunday, May 21
6:00-9:00pm – Breakfast (pancakes/sausage/fixins)
7:00-12:00pm – Marathon
8:00am - Yoga
11:00-2:00 – Lunch (walking tacos)
5:00pm – Ultra ends
5:00-7:00pm – Ultra runner dinner
8:00pm – Event ends
Food is available to all registered runners at no cost. Friends and family can purchase food if desired.
Plan to stay with us the entire weekend! Even if you aren't running, you will have fun.

Proceeds of this race benefit Wonderland Camp. The mission of Wonderland Camp is to provide a fun, inclusive and safe camp experience for children, teenagers and adults who have disabilities; to offer a respite from daily caregiving for their family members and caregivers; and to provide and nurture a personal development experience for volunteers and staff.
Runstock is put on by FundRuns, a 501(c)3 organization in Lake of the Ozarks that hosts running events with proceeds going to area charities.
