The Rookie Run ‘N’ Walk 5K - Virtual in 2020
The Rookie Run ‘N’ Walk is a beginners event designed to take the fear and anxiety out of a typical 5k by offering an untimed event using the same race course as the regular 5K. Buddies will line the course to give you encouragement as you take control of your fear and overcome a great obstacle.
Kid’s Dash - Not Applicable in 2020
This is our favorite event! The kid’s dash is very informal so they do not need to register but it gives the kiddos an opportunity to run through the finish line like Mom and Dad. We will have some mascots out there to run and create some excitement as well. Depending on the numbers, we may have to break it down in to age groups for safety reasons.
Course
Since the 2020 event is Virtual, you will run on your own time on your own course on race weekend.

Local breweries will have beer to sample…must be 21 years of age. Duh! The Expo starts at 7:30 and ends around 10 am. You will have a drink ticket on your race bib. The race is NOT responsible for the amount of beer brought to the event by the vendors. They are kind enough to donate it so we can not guarantee beer for everyone. We have left that up to their discretion but they’ve all been informed of the amount of runners registered.
Entertainment
We are so excited to have AAA Entertainment at the Start and Finish line to energize the runners and maintain the fun!
