12 Week Program

Learn in a chronological order vital wellness information. If activated you are guaranteed better health, which is wealth!

"Our goal is to give instruction and support to individuals, families and groups to be physically fit, emotionally strong and nutritionally healthy!" 

We will give you the tools needed to build your bridge to health and happiness!


PROGRAM INCLUDES:

- Weekly Monday motivation + meditation email which will highlight a wellness topic, a sample workout, 
whole food focused recipe with vegan, vegetarian and meat protein options and ways to embrace daily wholesome activities

- Weekly featured recipes with food preference options and nutrition facts 

Weekly 1 on 1 check ins via email or text - meal planning available

Weekly meet ups - group runs and/or wholesome fun activity

- Bi-monthly live virtual lesson on wellness topics + Q&A session (recorded and available for later viewing)
includes a Dietician, Nutritionist,  state certified Teacher + Coach

- Monthly newsletter highlighting a member's success story and a featured recipe

- Admittance for 4 to in person or virtual walk/run completion event

WELLNESS TOPICS

We want to give you all the right information to empower you to make the best health choices to last a lifetime! Every other week we will take a deep dive into each wellness topic listed below and some! Every lesson will be accompanied by a certified nutritionist, stated certified teacher and USATF certified coach.

- Fueling the body

- Dietary substitutions 

- Nutritional myths 

- Vitamins and minerals 

- 10 healthy habits to acquire

- Sustaining wellness

- Goal setting

Gain knowledge on these topics and better health choices are inevitable. The goal is to fuel the immune system rather than compromise it. 


Nutritional value will become top of mind. Food and drinks in its natural form is always the better option. We can show you it isn't that hard or costly. In fact, it can be more affordable and it's healthy so it is a win/win! Dedicate 30-45 minutes a day for food prep and cooking. Embrace cutting - it will become your new best friend! In consideration of your time, all recipes will be 30 minutes or less.

Competition Event 

September 2021 at Manalapan High School 

This is optional and can be done virtually too. More information to come as we get closer.
Every member gets 1 complimentary entry into the 1 mile event. Please bring a friend, family member, co-worker or significant other to walk/run with you! On competition day together we will do a group run warm up and stretches. We will be offering a 1 mile walk/run. If you have a goal time, share it. We can provide pacers for the 1 mile run. All results will
be produced.
