Fleet Feet Sports addaday Clinic

Our 45 minute Addaday Clinic is designed to help increase mobility and blood flow to commonly overused muscles. Participants are introduced to light and deep tissue massage from foot to neck using the Type A and junior rollers. Different rolling techniques are demonstrated to work out kinks in even the most difficult places. Using the patented gear technology to massage, the chronically injured runner to healthy fitness enthusiast can demo each product with direct guidance and immediate feedback from an Addaday ambassador.

The clinic is FREE, but space is limited to 25 participants.
