JOIN US for the 2022 All Ability Tri4Youth events. This year, we're excited to offer TWO ways to participate:

1.  YOUTH AND FAMILY VIRTUAL FITNESS CHALLENGE! Register your whole family and download our Fitness Challenge Activity Log. Complete 10 activities by 10.1.22. Return the activity log to FACT Oregon to be eligible to receive a T-shirt, medal, and athlete kit with fun gadgets to inspire your family to maintain a practice of fitness throughout the year.

2. SOUTHERN OREGON ALL ABILITY TRI4YOUTH BIKE-RUN (separate race page) Join us IN-PERSON on October 1 for a family-friendly, fully accessible Bike-Run in beautiful Hunter Park in downtown Ashland (Jackson County). This event is in collaboration with Bridging Communities and Ashland Parks & Recreation.

FACT Oregon's All Ability Tri4Youth program seeks to transform the face and perception of disability in sport and recreation and support youth with disabilities and their families to build a practice of healthy fitness in their daily lives. Together, we can:

  • BE HEALTHY
