2020 Leap Into Nature 5K & 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk

Come run at the beautiful Mother Neff State Park! We will have 2 runs. The first will be one for the competitive racers. It will be a chip-timed race on a challenging 5K course through the park trails.   Like many trail runs, this comes with some challenging terrain. 

 The second run will be for families and those who want to spend more time enjoying the beauty of this amazing park. 

For those who participated in last year's Getting Back to Nature Run, we have a new route that includes more of the trail in the back part of the park.  It is beautiful!

All registered competitive 5K runners will receive an awesome wooden commemorative woodallion and a sweet performance t shirt (register by Feb. 10th) along with other swag items. There will be cash prize awards for the overall male and female winners.  Top 3 male and female winners in each age group will receive medals also.  Age groups will include: 14 & Under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60+

Everyone participating in the 2 mile race will receive a nice performance t-shirt (register early by Feb. 10) and other swag items.  The first 50 registered will receive a commemorative woodallion with their registration!

There are only 150 spots for the competitive race and another 150 spots for the scenic run due to parking constraints. 

Packet pickup will be race day only starting at 730am! 

There is no race day sign up so be sure to sign up online!  

Proceeds will benefit Mother Neff State Park Association. All funds will be used for upgrades to the park.
