Description

Spokane River Run is back for 2024! One of the oldest trail runs in the Pacific Northwest and recognized in the Trail Runner’s Trophy Series, SRR features a 5K, 10K, 25K, 25K Challenge, 50K and 50K team relay race. Get active, keep up your training, or just enjoy the outdoors on single-track trails that wind through the thick pine forests of Riverside State Park between rugged basalt cliffs and the roaring Spokane River.

Spokane River Run is completely staffed by volunteers, and funds the Garfield Elementary A.P.P.L.E. program and its partner organizations: Active4Youth, Garfield Elementary, and North Central High School Girls Cross Country.

The Goods

Shirts

All participants will receive a high-quality cotton tee
Register before April 1, 2024 for guaranteed shirt size
Shirt size for late registrants (April 1 or later) not guaranteed
25k and 50k runners may choose a moisture-wicking "tech" tee if preferred

Awards

We give out medals. LOTS of medals. Like, hundreds of medals! All 25k and 50k participants get a medal, and awards are given to the top three finishers in each age group, for each distance, of each gender (non-binary/female/male). Awards are presented on race day, with winners in each category announced by name and medals given on the podium. If you do not wish to be publicly announced for your medal, please let us know in advance. Email spokaneriverrun@gmail.com.

Parking

Because our race takes place in Riverside State Park, a Washington State Parks Discover Pass is required for all vehicles! We encourage participants to carpool if possible, and save yourself a race-day hassle by purchasing your parking pass in advance.
