Thank you for registering for our 5K Run! Our students and community appreciate for your support of our music programs!
Our race is unique in that our student musicians provide entertainment along the beautiful Indian Creek trail course. You will hear the drum line as you exit the SM South stadium and again upon re-entry. As you round the loop in Roe Park you will experience a pep band, grades 7-12 of Shawnee Mission South and Indian Woods students. Some other fun features of our race include:
- Overland Park native--DJ Rich Linden
- Raider Band 5K T-shirt (in youth sizes!)
- Professionally timed bibs and chips
- Additional opportunities for younger runners to earn medals
- Time change on Sunday morning so it's not even that early!
