5k for Hope

Join organizers on Saturday, 9/25/2021 at the Henry County Courthouse, for the 2nd annual 5k for Hope.  This will be a day of awareness, fitness, and support of the Hope Community Center, a site dedicated to providing community-based services to help individuals and families in the tri-county area.

The day will include:

8:15 AM: A non-competitive 2K Youth Fun Run for ages 12 and under

• No cost/no registration required (donations to the Hope Community Center are encouraged)
• Participant medals will be awarded 

8:30 AM:  The 5K for Hope Run/Walk

• Registration required via Runsignup.com or on location day of race
• $25 for Adults ages12 and up, $10 for Youth ages under 12
• Awards for overall and top age finishers
• Registered participants will receive a race t-shirt (sign up by Saturday, 9/11/2021 to guarantee your choice of  t-shirt size).
• Water will be available on the course, as well as snacks (banana & granola bar) and water at the finish line. 
• Packet Pick Up will take place Thursday, September, 23rd, 6-8:00 PM at the Henry County Court House (look for a table and canopy) and Saturday, September 25th, 7- 8:00 AM at the Start/Finish line. 

Both events start/finish at the Henry County Courthouse, 30 N. Main St., New Castle, KY, 40050. Parking will be available on the South and West side of the Henry County Courthouse, on N. Main St, and on 146 beside Buddy’s Diner. Parking will be limited, so please carpool if possible.
