Description
Big Brothers Big Sisters is excited for their 2nd annual Superhero 5k race & 1 mile walk! Come with your family and friends to this fun event! The 5k run will be timed, and the 1 mile walk will have superhero goodies along the route for the kids. We encourage everyone to dress up, and show us your superhero powers!
The event will take place on September 27th, 2014 at 8am. Day of registration will begin at 6:30am. Everyone will meet at the PX parking lot, on Fort Knox base. The race will start and end in this parking lot, followed by a post race celebration.
The post race celebration will include a contest for the best dressed superheroes, raffle prizes to win superhero themed giftbaskets, and a medal award ceremony for the fastest runners in each age group!
