Join us for a run under the stars at the Kentucky State Police Training Academy in Frankfort on Friday, September 6, 2024, at 7:30 pm.

This event is a high-energy 5K Run/Walk featuring a party atmosphere of dance music, party lights, a DJ, mascots, and State Police Cruisers with illuminated lights all along the course. This is a must attend and rare running event in our community.

About The KSP Foundation

The Run to Remember, a 5k fundraiser, pays tribute to fallen units of the Kentucky State Police. The accompanying initiative by the Kentucky State Police Foundation is its largest capital project ever, aiming to enhance officer safety. In 2016, the need for a dedicated 400ft by 600ft Driver Training Skills Pad was identified to conduct essential driver training. Currently relying on out-of-state facilities, we aim to build this pad on the KSP Academy grounds for day-to-day in-service training, cadet vehicle training, and mandated vehicle driving training. With 47% of line-of-duty deaths related to vehicle collisions, this facility is crucial for reducing fatalities/injuries and improving overall officer safety. Support the Run to Remember to fund this project and address a critical need in safeguarding those who protect us.
