Join us in the fight against cancer at our annual Flamingo 5k on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 9 a.m. at RJ Corman Railroad Group in Nicholasville. Our race benefits Flockers Fighting Cancer, Inc. Through our annual volleyball tournament, flamingo flocking fundraiser and Flamingo 5k, we help support those dealing with the disease and raise awareness for early detection/prevention. These fun, community-driven events also offer opportunities for people to honor those they have lost to cancer. Our mission is to encourage, inspire and support those fighting cancer. “Cancer is only going to be a chapter in your life, not the whole story”
A few other notes:
Due to safety concerns, anyone who arrives after the 9 a.m. start time will not be allowed to participate in the race. Please make sure to arrive in a timely manner and start with the group at 9 a.m.
