Start Procedure - Waves

Waves
All Waves will have 20 runners each
Waves will start in 1 minute intervals.
Runners will be assigned a wave.
(examples: A4, B12, C3, D2)

Filling Zones
Zones A & B will fill prior to the start of each race.

Social Distancing
Please respect the personal space of others and try not to crowd in the start area.
There will be plenty of room.

Starting
Each Wave will be released in 1 minute intervals

Zone Assignments
Each runner will get their zone assignment when they pick up their race packet.

Race Start Times & Zone Loading Times
All Times are a.m.

Marathon & 50k - Start Together
5:00 am  Early, Early Start  (It will be dark - a headlamp is suggested)
6:00 am  Early Start (headlamp suggested)
7:00 am  Wave 1 Starts
7:01 am  Wave 2 Starts - followed by 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (at 1 minute intervals)

Half Marathon
8:00 Wave 1 Starts
8:01 Wave 2 Starts - followed by 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (at 1 minute intervals)

5k & 10k - Start Together
8:45 Wave 1 Starts
8:46 Wave 2 Starts - followed by 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (at 1 minute intervals)

Start procedure subject to change if the park, CDC, State, or local authorities alter policies.
