Water/Aid Station Protocol

The 2020 Aid Stations will be Non-Contact

There will have aid stations every 1.5 to 3.0 miles for all races staffed by volunteers.
All aid stations will have water and most will have Gatorade.  There will be GU provided along the marathon and 50k course.
We are encouraging you to bring your own gu and food & carry it with you - to minimize contact between people & surfaces.
