Susan G. Komen Philadelphia Race for the Cure

Sun May 13, 2018 Directions
Team Hot Spots

We thank the 400 teams—and every member of every team—that came together as one family this Race season!

You came, you collaborated and you gave it! We thank every 2018 Race team for all your efforts to register team members and fundraise. Thanks to you, more women will have what they need to survive breast cancer.

Race day may be over, but the 2018 fundraising goes on until July 31!

Please consider making another donation and continue to encourage others to donate to your team.
Please note, the deadline for individual and team fundraising prize consideration has passed. If you and/or your team earned a fundraising prize, our office will notify you shortly.

No-Fail Fundraising Tip of the Month

Stick it out! Some of the most effective fundraising occurs a few days before the Race, on Race day and even a day or two after the Race. So don’t relax your efforts just because the Race is almost here. In fact, you and your team members should reach out to even more people for donations over the next several days. As Race day draws near, stories about our Race in the news and on social media will inspire our community to get involved—and your team can be right there waiting for them with the perfect opportunity to support the cause! To make it easy for people to support team fundraising, be sure to give them your direct link for donating to you:

  • Go here, and then click on “profile.”
  • Scroll down to the fundraisers section to find the link to your online fundraising page.
  • Share this link so that people can donate directly to your fundraising.
